Veronica is a Chicago native whose heart lies in travel, good food and music. She believes yoga provides mental and physical balance while also challenging physical boundaries. Veronica completed yoga teacher training in 2009 and provides alignment-based classes that are grounding and mindful.

For her, yoga has provided relief from insomnia, depression, anxiety and life's ups and downs. Veronica travels the world sharing her passion for yoga including volunteer trips to Haiti and retreats in Central America and Yosemite. 

She loves appreciating the little things, like students who come to class filled with enthusiasm and seeing yogis make adjustments to their alignment. Her classes are welcoming, calm and invigorating.
